How does Communobox keep boxes clean and sanitary

Each box is cleaned with soap and water, then steam cleaned after each customer use. The health and safety of our customers and team members are a top priority.

How big are our rentable moving boxes?

Our boxes are 27”L x17”H x12”W (68.58cm x 43.18cm x 30cm) and have a volume of 2.5 cubic feet.

What happens if a moving box is lost or damaged?

If boxes are damaged, you will receive a charge on your payment card as per our terms and conditions.

Can I keep my moving boxes for longer if I need to?

Yes. In order to keep your boxes for longer than your specified time, e-mail us at orders@communobox.com with your order number in the subject line and our team will get back to you.

Do I need to be home during the delivery and pickup of my boxes?

Yes. Upon delivery, we will need to ensure that you have received your specified order. Upon pickup, we need you to be present while we count and inspect your boxes.

We service the Toronto area and limited surroundings. Input your postal codes on our order form to see if you’re in our service range.

What is Communobox's delivery and pick-up policy?

CommunoBox will deliver and pickup boxes from the ground level of your location, unless an elevator is present. Due to safety restrictions our team is not permitted to walk boxes up any flight of stairs.
